Frequently asked questions
What counts as a billed request?
Only a successful response fetched directly from the source. Cache hits, stale copies, invalid parameters, missing data and source failures cost nothing.
Does the free quota expire?
No. It renews at the start of every month, so you can keep building on the free plan.
What happens when I run out of quota?
Requests return quota_exceeded until the next month or until you upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Choose a plan and duration, transfer the exact amount and upload your proof. Your plan becomes active once we verify the payment by hand.
Does a paid plan renew automatically?
No. When the period ends, your account returns to the free plan until you buy again. We remind you by email a week before.
Can AI agents use my quota?
Yes. The MCP server uses the same key, quota and billing rules as REST.
