Data we collect

Account: username, email, optional name and profile photo, and your password in hashed form.
API usage: which API and endpoint you called, the time, the result, the response time and the quota used. The parameter values you send are not saved in this log.
Files you upload to the workspace, stored as rows of text. The original file is not kept.
Payments: the sender's account name, your proof of transfer, and the order details.
Suggestions you submit, and the datasets you save to your workspace.
Technical logs from our servers, which may include your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

To run your account and provide the service.
To apply quotas, show your usage and keep the service secure.
To verify payments and keep financial records.
To send messages about your account and payments. We do not send marketing email.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who else receives data

Data sources: when you call an API, the parameters you send, such as search text, are forwarded to the source that answers the request. Do not send personal data in a search unless the endpoint is meant for it.
Service providers that host the site and deliver email, only as needed to run the service.
Fonts and styles may load from third-party content networks, which receive your IP address as part of that request.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Your uploaded files

Only you can see your uploads in the application. You can delete an upload at any time, and it is then permanently removed. Our workspace warns you when a file appears to contain personal data.

Proof of payment

Proofs of transfer are stored outside the public file area. Only you and our staff can open them. We keep them for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and legal obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies that the site needs in order to work: your login session, form security and your language. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Your browser also remembers your light or dark theme. If you enter an API key in the playground, it is kept in your browser and is not sent to us except when you make a request.

How long we keep data

We keep account and usage data while your account exists. After your account is deleted, we remove it except for records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you may ask for access to your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. You can change your profile yourself. For anything else, email cs@artonlabs.com.

Our service is not meant for children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date on this page. For significant changes we will also tell you by email.
